This notice explains what we collect through this site, why, and what you can do about it.
Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the wholesale pricing request form, we collect the information you enter: your name, company, email address, phone number, country, business type, number of locations, city, any message you write, and the product series you selected for pricing. We do not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers on this site.
Alongside those details we store the result of the anti-spam check on your submission — whether it passed, could not be run, or was not configured. It records the state of our own check, not anything about you.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry with wholesale pricing, case quantities and lead times, and to supply you if you become a customer. We do not use it for marketing unrelated to that enquiry.
Lawful basis
We process this data on the basis of legitimate interest: you initiated a business-to-business enquiry and gave us the information needed to answer it. We do not rely on your information for any purpose beyond that enquiry and the resulting commercial relationship.
Who we share it with
Your submission is sent to Brevo, our email delivery and CRM provider, so we can reply to you and keep a record of the enquiry. The site itself is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides the anti-spam check (Turnstile) on the form. Neither processor is permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as an active commercial relationship exists, and review what we hold annually. Records with no resulting relationship are deleted once the enquiry is closed and no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sales@wakutoys.com and we will respond.
